The advancement of information technology today demands various business sectors, including the culinary industry, to innovate in order to enhance service quality and efficiency. Orion Cafe, as a food and beverage service provider, still uses a manual ordering system, which often leads to delays and potential errors in recording customer orders. This study aims to develop a web-based menu ordering system integrated with a Quick Response (QR) Code as a solution to simplify the ordering process for customers, and a digital payment system using the Midtrans payment gateway to facilitate independent payment transactions. The system development was carried out using the Prototyping method through several stages: communication, quick plan, quick design, prototype construction, and delivery and feedback. The developed system allows customers to scan a QR code on the table to directly access the digital menu, place orders, and make payments without the assistance of waitstaff. System testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to evaluate the level of ease of use. Based on the testing results, the system obtained an average score of 77.8, which falls under the “Good” category, indicating that the system is feasible and effective for implementation. With the implementation of this system, the ordering and payment processes at Orion Cafe become faster, more accurate, and more efficient
