Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam pengembangan Koperasi Kelurahan Merah Putih di Kelurahan Panembahan, Kota Yogyakarta, melalui kolaborasi multi-stakeholders dan penyusunan business plan sederhana sebagai upaya memperkuat kapasitas kelembagaan koperasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas awal pengurus dalam tata kelola koperasi, penyusunan business plan, serta membangun jejaring kolaborasi dengan para pemangku kepentingan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dilaksanakan melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, observasi partisipatif, wawancara, serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa koperasi menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, antara lain belum tersusunnya standar operasional prosedur (SOP), rendahnya kapasitas manajerial pengurus, keterbatasan jejaring kemitraan, serta belum adanya business plan yang sistematis. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat pemahaman peserta meningkat dari 40,0% pada pre-test menjadi 88,8% pada post-test, atau meningkat sebesar 48,8 poin persentase. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan dokumen business plan sederhana, penyusunan struktur organisasi yang lebih jelas, serta terbentuknya forum koordinasi antara koperasi, pemerintah kelurahan, akademisi, dan mitra lokal sebagai langkah awal penguatan kolaborasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan PAR efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan koperasi pada tahap awal. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan pendampingan berkala, implementasi business plan, penguatan sistem monitoring, serta perluasan kemitraan untuk mendukung pengembangan koperasi secara berkelanjutan
