Willingness
The peer reviewer must notify the editor of his willingness to review the manuscript to be published. If they don't want to, peer reviewers must notify the editor.
Confidentiality
Manuscripts reviewed are classified documents. Communication with other parties is prohibited without the author's permission.
Standard objectivity
Peer reviewers must adhere to the principles of objectivity and avoid personal criticism of the script writer during the review process. All comments should be accompanied by clear and supportive suggestions.
Reference Clarity
Peer reviewers are recommended to provide information to study authors whose literature, or relevant case studies that have not been cited, have substantial similarities or overlaps with the text under review.
Conflict of interest
1. Peer reviewers are not permitted to use unpublished manuscripts for personal use without the written consent of the authors, under any circumstances.
2. The information and ideas contained in the reviewed manuscripts are confidential and may not be distributed or used for personal gain.
3. If they have a conflict of interest due to reasons of competition, collaboration, or other relationships with authors, institutions or companies involved in publishing, peer reviewers are not permitted to evaluate the related manuscript.
» Peer Review Process
Every submitted article is independently reviewed by at least a double-blind review (peer-reviewers). The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendations. After being reviewed, there will be four kinds of editor decisions based on the reviewers’ recommendation:
» Article Revision
The articles sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. The revised article returned later than 10 days will be considered as new submissions. The revised article can be sent to the editorial through the Online Submission Interface.
