DISTRIBUSI KOMUNIKASI INFORMASI PEMIMPIN SEBAGAI SEBAGAI PENGGERAK ORGANISASI

Suatu informasi merupakan hal terpenting dalam pembentukan kognitif seseorang maupun kelompok, begitupun dengan organisasi memerlukan komunikasi untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan pencapaian tujuan, pemahaman dan konsep komunikasi sangatlah penting bagi seorang pemimpin dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pengambil keputusan, komunikasi juga merupakan hal pokok dalam organisasi, kesepakatan, kepemahaman hal yang perlu di tindak lanjuti dan memerlukan ketegasan, adanya konflik dan kesalah pahaman merupakan dampak dari ketidak efektivan komunikasi yang terjalin, perlu adanya pendekatan-pendekatan individual dalam memahami komunikasi sehingga menghasilkan keselarasan informasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi dan pemimpin.
