Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) adalah program perusahaan yang dikembangkan untuk masyarakat, yang bermuara untuk kemajuan perusahaan itu sendiri. Efektivitas penyaluran dana CSR program lingkungan masih sangat rendah. Begitu juga tingkat kolektifitas piutang mitra 8 binaan baru mencapai 38 persen pada tahun 2018. Dengan jumlah total penyaluran dana Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) Rp 145.615.540.853 dari jumlah dana Rp 185.430.900.474. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendekatan model Corporate Identity (CI) dalam mengimplementasikan program CSR di PT Bukit Asam Tbk dan untuk mengetahui pendekatan model Corpoarate Social Innovation (CSI) dalam mengimplementasikan program CSR di PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Untuk mendapatkan informasi dan data dalam bentuk kalimat dan gambaran nyata, penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. PKBL terdiri atas Program Kemitraan Usaha Kecil dan Pembinaan Lingkungan oleh BUMN melalui pemanfaatan dana dari bagian laba BUMN. Tujuan Program Kemitraan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pengusaha kecil agar menjadi mandiri sekaligus memberdayakan kondisi sosial masyarakat. Faktor ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan selalu menjadi prioritas kami dalam mewujudkan tanggung jawab sosial. Berdasarkan beberapa dimensi pendekatan kolaborasi antara CI dan CSI dalam mengimplementasikan program CSR di PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Perlu porsi perlibatan kelompok masyarakat, organisasi masyarakat dan perlu koordinasi dan serta komunikasi dari direksi, menajer, dan staf karyawan bidang CSR agar program ini terlaksana secara maksimal.
