Global Expert: Journal of Language and Literature is committed to ensuring that published articles remain well-preserved and accessible in the long term. Digital archiving is managed to maintain the availability of articles, metadata, and publication information for every issue.
Each article is stored in a digital format that includes the full manuscript and its bibliographic metadata. The journal management performs file maintenance, regular data backups, and checks of links and metadata to minimize the risk of data loss or disruptions to content access.
In the event of website outages, system changes, or transitions in management, the publisher strives to restore access to the archives and uphold the integrity of the bibliographic information for every article. DOIs and publication metadata are also managed in accordance with the services utilized by the journal.
As part of its digital preservation efforts, the journal may establish collaborations with institutional repositories or long-term digital preservation services. Information regarding such services will be displayed on the journal’s website once participation and implementation are active and verifiable.
Authors are encouraged to retain final copies of their articles and research data, while adhering to publication ethics, applicable agreements, data protection regulations, and the rights of relevant parties. Additionally, these materials may be uploaded to the IGM University Library Repository. Self-archiving by authors does not absolve the publisher of its responsibility to maintain the archives of published articles.
